Black Colouration of fishes are may of two causes, One is the stress and the second one is their natural colouration during maturity.
If your fish is showing black fins due to the first issue, then definitely you are doing something wrong. So make sure, your fish are happy. For doing so, please provide him/her a tank with the following properties:
1. Enough big sized tank
2. Good filtration
3. Enough hiding spots within the tank. May be the plants, Caves or whatever you may get
4. Proper water quality
5. Proper temperature
6. Disease free aquatic condition
7. Minimum number of fishes within the tank

If everything is okay as well as within limit but still your fishes are going through the black fin issues; then it is okay. It must be the natural colouration of your fish. Even may be the patches of breeding. So don't be worried about. Keep enjoying
