Suggestions for 3.5'x1.5'x2' glass tank

Postby thatssam2001 » Sat Jun 18, 2016 5:34 am

Hi guys,
I am planning to get a new tank with the dimensions 3.5'x1.5'x2' (lxbxh).
My lfs suggest it can be done with 10mm glass with two top bracing...

Should i go for 12mm glass or will it be perfect with 10mm.

Open to your suggestions.

Plus i have my old tank 3x1.5x1 for sump.

What compartment should i have for sump? And how much?

I have a metal stand like a rack custom made with 35mm iron angles.
Thanks in advance.

I have a 3x2x2 with 10mm glass self build and its going good for more than a month.I think it would be good with 10mm and top bracings.

Nope. They are too costly. I have not decided which fishes i am going to keep yet. As i am going for the bigger aquarium i will have lot of choices right? Atlest thats what i am thinking.

I have a thing for chichlids. :) but i am open for suggestions. What do you think? Which fish will be the best for my aquarium? Apart from discus.
