What type of liquid micro fert you r using ?
If you want to keep it for long time then you should change the substrate, and add at least DIY CO2 or Excel/glut

Seachem flourish.
If necessary will definitely add excel. But not sure about the substrate / Root tabs.

Hi Experts,

I need help maintaining my planted tank setup. This is my first attempt and I started off well but I am facing a strange issue now that I am not aware of.

The initial setup was good, water was clear and plants were growing at normal rate.
I have java moss, cryptocoryne lucens and rotala wellichii in my tank.
After that I added 4 surfer/silver-tip tetras in my tank. Till then there was no problem.
I then added 6 more neon tetras to the tank.
My tank capacity is 10 gallons so I have 10 fishes in my tank now.

I then started feeding them and now my tank's water colour has become slightly yellowish and the white-sand in my tank has changed colour from white to yellow.
I also see cloudiness/mist on the right wall of the tank.

I am trying to keep clear water so I change water every alternate day and I also clean the hang-on-back filter. The filter is HBL-502 so I have stuffed it with some sponge so that the rate of flow is reduced (I will replace it in due course).

I need help in fixing these two problems - unclear water and cloudiness on the glass walls. Kindly advise.
