Pump for sump

hiii i am going to make nano sump for my 15 us gallon tank (2 ft*1 ft*1 ft). it will be wet & dry with pot scrubbers and will be placed 3 ft below the tank. can you please suggest me which pump i should buy?

if its freshwater 1200lph and if marine go for 2000lph pumps.. more is always better, you can divide the flow into various outlets
if you wish a less turbulent setup while keeping circulations healthy..
Some of the brands i would suggest are: Sicce, Atman, Jebao, Eheim etc.. dont go for chinese brands like Sobo etc, they will start leaking electricity pretty much after an year or so!
