Finally some Updates...

Coated the entire cabinet internals with rubber paint to make it super-waterproof... salty water is one heck of a nuisance!

The tank drain holes were rather smaller than needed. I asked the maker to put holes for 1.25" nipples.. but that guy has made it exactly 1.25".. should have been made 1.5" to fit properly, therefore some grinding.

glass grinding soon found to be too dangerous for health.. shards flying all over.. needed to take out my "look stupid" glasses :P

then all relevant plumbings done one by one..

Awesome. Nice to see that plumbing also got the "dress code". [FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY]
Just 1 question bro. Sump is from acrylic, tank is glass. Why you need liquid rubber?

because salt water vapours gets everywhere inside the cabinet... salt deposits will be found everywhere... wood literally starts getting wet and fungus starts growing on it. Also the iron will rust very quickly in such environment!

You can ask for rubber paint/Silicon/epoxy paint for water proofing... all work the same.. this one is just extra heavy duty!

Awesome dedication, planning, patience and engineering, Never had a salt water tank, cant say can have one or not, but can u please explain the sump u made with tags? I mean to say which chamber is for what use and the plumbing? It will be very useful for me and the forum in the future.
