There are questions here..I think we did not confirm the white spot properly. No fish die so quickly in marine ich. please confirm the below first.

1) the spots are distinct clear like grains of suji and 1-2 mm apart over the fish body.

2) the grains are very fine and closely distributed , if seen from a distance seems like a powdery layer on the fish, with visible opaque ness of the tail and fin edges which later starts rotting and melt away.

Remember both the cases fish will show almost same behaviour and scrape their body against hard structures. in case of the 2nd type they also may like to stand in front of high flow like pump outlet.
confirm first if you have observed these details.
Thanks & Regards..

@bunty123 : bro, its really bad news.......... :-(
Sourav daa clearly said 'bout all symptoms of marine ich.

But what I want to say you again that plz try to understand 'bout what you want to do. You are in nano project. And just added few rocks, mixed salt in ro water , cycled and added two beutifull fish. One of them died wihin 3-4 days.
You have no test kits, no dosing kit, no protein skimmer, even no filter floss in power head filter.

Ich is the result of execive stress occured by poor water quality, pH unstability and many other conditions.

And yes, there may be another thing that your fishes may be affected by ich before you bught them. But the chance is less, as you already posted that damsels were taking food two days ago in your tank.

So, now, there is a big risk of ich out break if the ich spores are already spreaded in your tank water.
Those ''suji dana'' like granules are spores and they basically fall into the sand bed and regermination starts again......its a life cycle of ich parasites.
So, when you add your next fish, they can be affected again.

Its my request to you, plz, arrange all essential things b'fore you add a fish again, then check water parameters and conditions properly.
Try to make a suitable home for your pets and go for a fish.
If you are not capable to arrange these things then waite untill you buy those things. There is no reason to kill a colorfull fish.

I never support even cycling a sw tank with damsel as they passes throuh huge stresses on that time.

You can try it.
Sometime they attract by the smell of garlic and start taking foods.
Dip your flakes or bits in garlic juice and give it to the.

But keep your eyes on the damsel.
As I've told before that ich spores are too risky things. They can out break any time.
Once some how a tank is infected by ich, some time its very tough to made free the tank from them completely.

And Sourav daa is right. Such a hardy fish like damsel cann't die within 3-4 days for ich infection. Even no fish can die within this time period.
There must be something else, which is still now hiding from your sight.

If possible, make a complete water parameter check ASAP.
