Can anyone please help me with the ID of this plant 945. Within 2 days it started to grow wild. Is this good for fish tank or should I remove it?

Nop, not except this one image. Today morning, I saw some slimes forming in the stem of the plant and so, I removed it from the tank. It cost me 6rs for that plant.

Yes. But started only 2 days back. So can't really comment on the result. 8-)

Thanks "ambooz", will wait for your feedback then. Hope, if, it doesn't do any good to plants, atleast there wouldn't be any harm to the fishes or invertebrates (like, change of the water parameter).

After a very long time, finally decided (budget) to go for a 4X2X2 discuss tank, with white construction sand, some driftwoods with Java fern and Anubias. So waiting for the table to arrive, which can hold such huge tank. It will be a custom iron stand, made from local "Grill er Dokan". Tank mates will be 30 cardinal tetra, 6 albino cory.

Need your suggestions, guys. Which background color should I go for, Black or Blue? Since the background wall color is light yellow, and I want to hide those wires and pipes, thus thinking of going for a vinyl background. :)

Well,I've heard if you keep Discus with a black background, some strains develop peppering. But I do not know how genuine this fact it.
Furthur,by white construction sand I presume you mean the dust like grey-white sand mostly used for landfill? It is very tough to clean and will make water cloudy due to slightest of moment.I'd suggest plain yellow sand or any grain size of 2-3mm atleast.Corys like it,and it looks very natural. You may wanna put a thin layer of some nutritious substrate if you plan to add on any plants like vallisneria and Echinodorus future.Discus like these plants.
