no it's not any albino gourami, although it has rays. I think maybe it's related, but not exactly albino gourami. May be other kind of Gourami.

This is gourami. Same that we catch from the basin/pool, but this is very young.

It is a juvenile Dwarf Gourami (Colisa lalia). If it colors up vibrantly as it grows, then it is a male. Otherwise, it is a female.
