The idea Is to test it.my dada coming home after 3 days, after discussion with him I will be check my rack as well as tank lick. If anything disaster happen then it totally upto me, because its totally my decision..

u are going to risk a INR 10k+ glass tank on this cheap rack? i think selling it off with a bit loss and making a better rack will cost u way less than a disaster IMHO

If you want I could send you a design with stress analysis and load bearing statistics run in solidworks. Use mild steel square pipes for the stand. It's better in terms of load bearing capacity then angles.

For my 160 Gallon I went for Granite slab kept on Blackstone stands first glued to floor and then reinforced with Cement.

However, I have a 22" H x 24" L x 18" W Tank (30 Gallon) and need a 12" stand. Wooden one is costing around Rs 2,000. Can a frame stand like this will be able to hold the tank? x_x

A frame like that could sustain 120 kgs of your weight easily
Beware there are many thickness available for such nutbolt racks, get industrial one. Which has good thickness.

U can find it in Dalhousie. I buy it from Kamarhati, belgharia.
