Hi all,
here is new updates,
buroda has made this beautiful tank. Its a real professional job done by real good person. It is made of Saint Gobain - 12 mm thick glass, front extra clear , other sides are normal type.
Glass bought from Metro gully Kolkata ( Milon Glass - Bapida is also helpful and pro ) .Buroda attached a 6" brace on the top at middle section. IMO there should be one at the base also. What is your opinions my seniors in the forum ? Please give suggestions.

Thanks in Advance

Here is the brace. I am also building the light hood myself by using "SUNBOARD"" . Which is available at metro gully in the thickness of 3 mm and 6 mm. This material is made of some polymer/ synthetic substance, and water resistance , light weight. It could be cut in size by sharp blade/ craft knife and glued up by Super Glue. Just like thick paperboard/ mount board but water proof .

Here is the schematic of the tank & sump with plumbing. I have used 1.3/4" PVC pipes for two drains and 1/2" pipes for one return path. Sump is completed now, plumbing also done.
With a pump of 4000 Lt/H capacity I am facing a problem.
In the return chamber of sump, water level comes to a very low mark allowing some air to enter into stream, whenever I am allowing water of the pump to return in the Display Tank in full volume. But if 1/4 volume of the said water recycled back into sump's return chamber through a bypass valve , the water level remains at a safe mark submerging the pump in full. What to do ? :(( :(( :(( :-s :-s

Experts Kindly give your suggestions please.

Hi Indra,
Change the sump little, there should be an air trap before return chamber... so the water should come to return chamber from down.
