Chaetomorpha Algae for sale

Postby letsplay » Sat Aug 22, 2015 8:15 pm

Hi Guys
I have some chaetomorpha algae for sale. I added a small ball of chaeto in my sump in march and now its growing like wildfire.
It has loads of copepods and amphibods breeding inside the huge lump.
If anyone interested pls PM me. The price will be 3000 rupees for a football size lump. Price negotiable.

Ha ha ha ha... well said.
500 and I will give you more than double the size of a cricket ball. Like I said its loaded with pods.
Guys I am not a seller but a hobbist, I just dont want to waste the chaeto by throwing away the overgrown ones and I am more than happy to give you more than double the quantity of what the pet store guys will give.
Call me in 9903375105, I stay in Park Circus and I am available on saturdays n sundays the whole day.

I don't have light in my sump. Can I keep some in my main tank? Kindly advise.

U need a normal 6500 kelvin light for chaeto, best option is CFL.
U can keep it in the main tank if u have 6500 kelvin lighting, however chaeto in main tank doesnt look good asthetically.
I have tremendous chaeto growth in my sump using the above light.

If you don't have any types of tang in your main tank, you can put chaeto in your main tank
