They are sold in different sizes mainly 13mm, 17mm.
For Eheim you need 13mm outlet and 17mm inlet. I purchase most of the things online as these are not available in Ranchi.
Aliexpress is cheap for all our aquarium needs, only it takes very long time for delivery.
You can try locally if you are in Kolkata.
Below is the link for my purchase.

Thanks. I like that they are transparent.

I thought they are for outlet only. Why have you added one for inlet?

Currently I have only 13mm inlet lily pipe and I had experienced in past a slight reduction in Eheim 2217 flow while using 13mm inlet with an adaptor.
Have ordered 17mm inlet and its on the way :) .

Hi Nikhil, sorry for late update. I wanted to update but somehow it got delayed.

Plants:
======
Almost all the plants have survived and settled now.
Following plants added from previous list
- Glossostigma elatinoides
- Blyxa Japonica
- few Bucep
- Ranunculus Indulatus

For algae eater purpose I have common pleco in the tanks, which use to uproot HC cuba and monte carlo & due to same reason HC cuba didn't do well in my tank.
Because of same reason order Glosso and now they are doing well.

Fauna:
======
Always wanted to add Shrimps and otocinclus in the tank for algae control purpose. It took a lot of time and effort to finally get them.
I got all that from Rana da, Shrimps are doing well but most of the otocinclus didn't survived. 2 of otocinclus still alive and hoping them to survive.
For a planted I personally feel you need to have shrimps and algae eaters to keep algae under control.

Algae:
======
BBA and GSA/GDA is present in my tank, which is reducing but still present in the tank.
As unable to get otocinclus/siamese/ golden algae eater, still keeping common pleco in the tank.
Have added shrimps and few snails too.
Chihiros doctor didn't do much help for algae control and same has been removed.

Equipments:
===========
Removed Chihiros doctor
Added wave maker Coral box Q5 for water flow.
Lily pipe with surface skimmer added on the suction side.

All earlier pics are mobile pic, this one taken by DSLR. There can be some mistake in the plants spellings.
Enjoy.
