The story goes like, I had this tank lying around with me for quite some time and I initially thought to keep some Babaultis I bought from Galiff street. Thn I thought why not add some soil and thn thought if I am adding soil, then why not some rocks and then plants came into mind and shrimps lost their 'to be' home indefinitely.

The Size of the tank is such, that it can b easily placed on any work place table and watch nature while working or may be as a gift to sm1 spcl or to convince parents for more tanks in my case

In this such an unexpected turn of events the Journey began...
Lets get over with the technicalities first-
Tank size (LxBxH)-8"x6"x6"
Substrate Volume and working water volume-1L and 3L respectively
Substrate- Discarded soils...Mix of Ada Amazonia, Fluval Stratum, Platinum Soil and one more unknown brand...
Filter- SOBO HOB 280lph (smallest one available) with carbon removed and put in some crushed ceramic rings for maximum surface area
Plants-Primarily Glossostigma Elatinoides(carpet), Anubias Petite(front left corner), Microcarpaea minima Merrill(back ground) and some UG in between the rocks
Rocks- Railway track Rocks

CO2- Citric Acid DIY Pressurized
Light- 1st Three weeks Eveready 8 watt 6500K 960lm LED Lamp with custom made DIY Reflectors. After 3weeks light was lowered to Wipro 5watt 6500K 450lm
Now the more interesting stuffs- As soon as I decided to make this tank, I wanted a superfast coverage with the carpet, so I put in huge lights and co2 initially for 3weeks.
I didnt care about the algae as i believed that wen I cut down the dosing and lighting suddenly, it will be easier for me to reach the balancing point.
And hence I went ahead with full force while showing "thenga" to the algae

Now some pics on the Progress-
Day 1
Day 10 - Plants Responded well to the overclocking attempt and so did Algae

Did the 1st WC and cleaned the glass
Day 15 - Plants finally seemed to Win over algae and filter was also maturing so, algae started wearing off slowly
