Back From Dead

Postby Tirtha » Tue Dec 27, 2016 8:44 pm

I was out of Forum and almost from the hobby for past 8 months and was surviving looking at 2 of my running tanks without any maintenance. Last month finally got some time to rip out the 24x15x15 tank and restart a new setup.

Though it is a relatively small tank, I have started with a Dutch Scape which was a long time itch. Here comes the chronological updates from past 3 weeks.

Day 0

Day 10

Day 21

The tank is full of scratches and I was too lazy to change the front glass before starting the setup.

Specs:

Substrate: Used ADA and Genesis Mix
Light: 33watt Sanrise LED
CO2: Pressurized 24x7 @ 100BPM
Dosing: EI

Plant List:
Pogostemon sp. dassen
Proserpinaca Palustris
Ludwigia arcuata
Bacopa Caroliniana (Went out yesterday. Replaced by Micranthemum umbrosum)
Limnophila sp Vietnam
Ammannia Sp, ' Bonsai '
Staurogyne 'Porto Velho'
Hygrophila Araguaia
Alternanthera reineckii 'Mini
Fissidens
