dr fish bio grow

I lately have seen a product named Dr fish's bio grow... Has anyone got experience with it??? It seems to claim it will work as a fertilizer for both plants and fish!!! :-o
3 planted setups, 2 cichlid tanks, 2 betta setups, 1 turtle tank, 1 nano marine cube.
