Hi,
I have a Boyu 32 inchx16 inch x 18 inch tank. I have few Anubias along with my Gouramis, clown Loaches, Swordtail and rainbows.

I have 2x12w Corvi LED Tube, 1800 lumens each (total 3600lm).

I switch it on for 4 hrs at a time twice a day, 7:30 AM to 11:30AM and 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

For the time that the light is off and for night time, I would like to add another low brightness light.

Should I add a purple or blue tube? Or another low wattage tube?

What's your suggestions?Image

Would it cause algae or other issues? Should I go for blue or purple? How many let's should it have?

blue/purple wont cause algae with low intensity. One/two should suffice your moonlight requirement. I find blue more appealing.

Thanks, two blue led's. I'll try to see what I can get from my LFS or do diy.

For this tank setup i can offer Sanrise Aqua Wave. Has manual touch based control for colors and intensity. If you need one let me know. You can see the LED video here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5qqDn_Hf1gc
