Led driver

I bought 1 watt 10000k to 15000k cool white led 10 pcs
And 1 watt full spectrum led 10 pcs from eBay
Having this configuration
1 w LED (30mil)
DC forward voltage 3.2 to 3.6
Forward current 300~350mA
Lumen 100~110
I want to connect it in series
And ordered one driver 12-18×1w , 300mA
But its not working at all plz guide

can you please post a pickture of the LED driver, which shows its specifications.

according to you, you have attached cool white led 10 pcs(1 watt each) and spectrum led 10 pcs (1 watt each)

and you are connecting them in series, thats equals to 20 watt of 20 leds and your adapter seems to be powered up to 18 watt,

so i suppose u reduce 1 leds from each cool whit and spectrum, and check whether it works or not.

(note high precautions are very necessary while working with electricity)

can you post the picture of how you connected your LEDs?
and did you correctly identify the LED positive and negative terminals?
