Thanx all.
Its not an aluminium reflector, its a reflector fim/tape available in automobile accessories shops.
Cost was approx 700-800 i think but dont remember now.
But do note that these lightings aren't good for tank size greater than nano ones.
I've changed my light fixture with new n powerful lights,it does contain full spectrum leds too.

Diy ones are good as long as you know what you are doing,I wasn't at first but now I do after losing l.aromatica :p.You just need to know which leds you need for a proper spectrum for plants.I have changed my light fixture to a new n powerful one.
Here's some pictures:

what is that red tap for? is it to stick LEDs?

Thanks,
Light specs:
Cold White Led 5W,
Neutral white Led 3W,
Red Led 3W

The red n neutral white are from epistar.

The red tape is a double side tape used by pvc gate makers. Its quite a strong tape.Used it together with araldite epoxy to stick aluminium channels to pvc frames.
