Ideal light specifications for my tank

Hi all My tank size is 4ft 18" 18". I am using everady 20w 3 led tube lights. Please whether it is sufficient or not.

That looks sufficient for majority of the plants. What all are you planning to grow in it? Do you have CO2?

Yes I have CO2. Actually I have received some advice regarding increasing of the number of lights. Hence I have been little confused.
