With Dirt you are bound to have algae initially as there are too much nutrient. You have to have regular water changes and it will go away

bro, I am no expert. But my humble suggestion would be to use a tank with less or no scratches. Plants are turning out so beautiful and scratches are taking out the beauty of over all look.
Its a small tank, so I think you could have got a new one to begin with.

Just my opnion. :)
