I am keeping one 30 G planted tank from last 2 years. But suddenly from last 4-5 months my plants are started to melt.I am giving the details below-
size-30G
light-18 watt LED light (2ft tube) 1no and 18 watt CFL tube (2ft) 1no
Fertilizer-micro and macro regularly on alternative basis
Co2-Using DIY sugar yeast co2
Filter-DIY top filter with 5 lit bucket having full with filter sponge (no chemical media)
Substrate-2-3mm stone chip.
Water change-every 2 weeks (50%)
Just few months back it was lash green jungle but suddenly everything changed. Now the problem is that the vallisneria are not growing, all my pygmy chain sword melted, new leaves in anubias nana is smaller in size and not well even older leaves started to melt.Java fern leaves are also melted.all other plants are faced root rot and leaf melt.Should I dismantle the tank and replant again?
what is the reason I am unable to understand. It is very depressing.I am attaching all photos.please help me to find out the reason.

from the pics it look like P deficiency. add some P and keep the circulation well in d tank. see it doesnt matter if the tank is stable for how long. the most crucial faactor in a planted tank is the water quality. if tap water quality deteriorates, the tank will too if the fertilization in nt changed accordingly to overcome the hurdles.

Sanam, I understood that the hole on leaves are due to deficiency of phosphate..but the lack of growth and melting of leaves are due to same reason or there are other issues??
Thanks & Regards
