Ferts for planted low tech tank

Started this tank couple of days back. Want to know what is the most cheapest( I mean very very very cheap) ferts I can dose to maintain it. I don't have a co2 system too...
Experts please help...

You can search on eBay for dry ferts (both Macro and Micro combined). All you then need is to add those in 2 separate bottles with specified water quantity. I use the same in my 4X2X2 tank. The name of the seller is Srejeet, a very good person.
