It is clogged. You have to clean it. Dip it in H2O2 for 30mins then rub it gently with soft filter cotton/floss. Also, it will get clogged again so it basically requires regular maintenance. DO NOT RUB IT WITH HARD BRUSH OR COARSE MEDIA
Good luck

Most of the diffusers available in market do not perform well for long. Actually the ceramic used in diffuser gets damaged over time, some pores get bigger, some get blocked due to reaction with carbonic acid. There are some expensive models though. Goutamda of Ripples once showed his ADA diffuser he has been using for seven years. Regular cleaning will help you to some extent. ISTA UFO diffuser which cost around Rs 500 is doing well for some of us for around two months. But only time will tell how it is in long run.

Yaa.. so guys thanks fr suggestions, yes h2o2 easily available at any medical store. I have bought a bottle of 100ml @rs 35,,
Dip it & clean it using cotton..got a clean diffuser.. but the prb is still exist.. so, I fix a power filter above the diffuser & it breaks the bubbles & spread these fine bubbles.. so nw prb solved[FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY]
