if you can spend energy on trimming...then i would suggest HM in the end corner followed by glosso. Will give a prathapratim type sketch for what i have in mind after sometime...lemme start my work first :D

The left light green = HM which grows pretty bushy if trimmed properly.
The rest is glosso...make it irregular in the part where it vanishes. The more out of symmetry the better. Its pretty easy to make too.

3D paint...you totally opened a new dimension for experimenting scapes. Works much much better than the 2d i used to draw on.

this was my scape that i would make after getting cuttings from my main glosso tank which is in pipeline :(

The tank i would have liked to make this on is of dimension 18x10x10. Would be pretty decent.

the funny thing about loving scapes is ...they look super cool in paint...when you try to implement it thats when thoughts like.... "mmmmm in paint it was that way" or "mannn looked so much better in paint than in real life" comes

trust me bro, speaking from personal exp

Sounds really good but nano planted scapes just like nano reefs may be really challenging.

However i am a novice in planted tanks always eager to learn if you can really do mini planted I will replicate some thing like that currently I am having a spare tank of 40 gallons which be used.

I will be following up this thread and if i get any important info by googling I will shre it.

Also the planted guys are there who would help us out.

And regarding driftwood a small branchy wood from chennai which we are planning for group buy would be really interesting.

Look forward for more movement in this direction.
