Thank you guyz :)
@ Najib the floating plants look very good in person. So decided to keep them. They grow pretty quick. Will thin them out regularly.

Can u guyz suggest me what other fish to add ?
Another big school?
30-40 of  P.denisonii Or upto 200 rummynose / other small schooling fish
A few freshwater crayfish? Compatible?
Wanted to add big peaceful fish like discus or angels but can't risk them eating my cardinals

I planned to keep geophagus before I turned to planted.  Are these compatible now? will the geophagus uproot the plants now? Any compatible species?
Yea no biotope restrictions :p

Thinking about adding Ellioti cichlids as the main centerpiece fish
Thoricthys ellioti
Compatible with heavy planted setups and small tetras
Get to 6" big

Anyone have any experience with them?
Available easily in india?

:D

I'll never need to clean the bottom. No waste will settle at the bottom. All of it will get sucked into my filtration immediately or eventually when the fish dig up.

And I have enough loaches to get into and clear the caves and crevices ;)
They keep digging up the sand a bit too. Had a problem with them digging up some of my crypts in the first 3 days but nothing after that

My maintenance right now

Switching the lights :P
Feeding the fish twice a day
Refilling about 20-40 liters RO water every week. Lost in evaporation.
Cleaning sponges in my overflow once every 1-2 weeks.
About 50% water change once a month
Picking up floating leaves etc occasionally

My salvinia jungle in the pic
Covers 4x3 foot in the main tank and 2x2 foot in the refugium. Will thin it out to let more light in for plants

Thinking of adding filter socks to the drain in my sump. Want better mechanical filtration.
Can I add filter socks and do without all the sponges in my sump?
They do increase the surface area for biological filtration

Can anyone suggest me what size would be suitable to my tank?
7inch diamter? Or are bigger available?
100 micron pore size?
Can't find any info on it at my place

Yes, of you have the filter sock then you won't need the sponge stuff for mechanical. Based on your mech you need to order the socks.
A std size would be 7" dia with 14" length. A 100 mic will clog soon and will add to your work. A 200 mic is the best option.
