great one.
i would say one thing -for this winter forget about C02.no need of it. the plants you have will do well.
but if you do inject it you need some mega reactor . not the one common people use. you need an industrial cylinder along with a mega reactor.
a 4-5 kg cylinder will run out in no time.better go for over 10 kgs.

thats a good question. generally many bubbles are lost inspite of using powerhead and this tank would draw too much CO2.and such quantity of losses would mean more refill which i think would be costly.better to go with a DIYreactor customized for that tank.
also another thing has to be made sure is that the CO2 has to be evenly distributed in such a huge tank. and chances of dead spots in such a tank is high.
the flow must be good and evenly spread throughout.
anyways this tank at current status will go well without carbon dioxide injection for the next two months. the height is the big factor here.

Awesome. Monster tank. Remove that Amazon from the tank and if possible add couple more woods.

All the best.

For this size of a tank you need multi point CO2 injection. It's not possible to use a single Reactor/Diffuser to deliver CO2 all over the tank evenly.
