To me it looks like bacopa, locally called "bramhi saak". Let the planted guys reply.

Do you guys know, bacopa eventually crawl when kept in a tub without water. It looks like a carpet.Try and you will be amazed. From the photo it looks like the plant is recently inserted underwater.
