Simply isolated the infected fishes to another pre-cycled tank (possibly the quarantine tank). Add a heater and raise the temperature upto 30℃ gradually. If you have fishes with scales then you can add some non-iodised salts. Do water change atleast twice in a week.
That's all

Please don't treat the fishes along with the plants. Plants are not capable of tolerating the high temperature as well as high salinity. So simply, keep the planted tank fishless. The Protozoan is unable to survive without the fish, so fishless planted tank will be protozoa free within two weeks. So it doesn't require any treatment for the planted tank. But if you still want to be 100% sure about the eradication of the disease, you can go the KMnO4 flushing. Precautions to be taken : Avoid the biofilter from the KMnO4 solution. Don't let the plant to be soaked in KMnO4 solution for a long period as because the solution is highly oxidative and can damage the plant.
