Hi All,

Whenever u think of having a natural looking well-decorated Cichlid tank , the first question that will arise in ur mind is " how am i going to arrange huge quantity of rocks for my tank? " Rocks r essential for ur Cichlid tank....lots n lots of rocks needed in ur tank to provide enough hiding spaces for ur aggressive Cichlids (like Mbunas).....Rocks r also required to distribute territories among fishes... they will provide the exact natural looks and with their presence u will see ur Cichlids thriving and becoming more colorful .... But arranging that huge quantity of rocks is definitely a headache......to solve ur problem PFB the exact location where all ur rocks can be found at a very reasonable price....

Horticultural Development Center

From Hazra More (Jatin Das Park Metro Station) u need to catch a bus and reach the stoppage called " LALBATI" then from there it's a 7 to 10 min walk.... PFB map

whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....amazing DIY idea bro...planting the map of the exact location. Its a new landmark in fish keeping. Highly innovative...Kudos!!

P.S. 70 Kg rock? 250? :|

I assume, they delivered it to the door step, how did you get them inside? :? how many trips you had to make from the initial location to the final location? lol

Subhadeep

Actually they do not measure the weight all the time. I bought for 100 Rs perhaps years ago. But the problem is that they do not have good/big rocks everyday.

i'll upload pic once m done with my tank setting........ :-) :-) i choose near about 70 pieces of rocks and as an avarage they calculated it as 70 KG.....i think it might be more than that....:-) :-) Aquascaping rocks not available....most of the rocks r river rocks round shaped......"Lalbati" stopage is 5 min from Hazra more by bus....

They won't deliver 70 KG rocks to ur doorstep @ 250....i took a taxi,,,,but they have the provission and for that definitely they will charge extra.... :-) :-)
